Scott Covered Bridge Inspection

December 6, 2011 - These are indeed hard times for bridges. Scott Bridge is still standing -- Hurray! And I did want to follow-up with a few photos now that flood issues in other areas have settled down somewhat.
      The following photos show some areas of concern.

Ropes attached to the underside of the bridge on a slack rod that seems to have a "bend" in it. (There is a 2nd rod that also has a bend.)
